FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. S O A s t u d i o are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. S O A s t u d i o cannot alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, S O A s t u d i o is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
Can I have a refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, S O A s t u d i o will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as S O A s t u d i o have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers.
What happens if the item out-of-stock?
As S O A s t u d i o provides hand-made products, products are available in limited quantities and will not be restocked again (Order-to-made only available for phone case). To avoid this issue, purchase the item as soon as possible before running out-of-stock.
REFUND POLICY
R E T U R N S & E X C H A N G E S
1. WRONG PRODUCT
If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify S O A s t u d i o within 7 business days and will arrange to return the incorrect product, and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).
2. D E F E C T E D I T E M S
For defected items, please notify and return the product(s) to S O A s t u d i o within 7 business days. After S O A s t u d i o have received the returned items, have examined and confirmed the defected items, we will based on your request, either issue refund or send you replacement.
3. N O R E T U R N S will be accepted for the following condition:
1) S O A s t u d i o could not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products by customers.
2) No returns will be accepted simply because the looks, product quality, fabric quality or size (since measurements are clearly written for each product).
